I’m Christine Miguel, a business professional with more than 15 years of experience at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA/JPL) and Northrop Grumman. My background spans government contract pricing, proposal development, finance, project controls, and supply-chain procurement.
I’ve led cost volume development for multibillion-dollar missions—including Europa Clipper, SPHEREx, Mars Sample Return, and the Deep Space Network—coordinating engineers, scientists, and business teams to deliver accurate, compliant proposals. Known for analytical rigor and a process-improvement mindset, I streamline workflows, manage complex budgets, and build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships while maintaining full compliance with NASA and FAR/DFARS.

Outside of work, I recharge with my husband and our two daughters—swimming, cheering on weekend soccer games, bike rides around the neighborhood, and sampling every ice-cream shop we can find.
